On 06 Sep 2017, the General Department of Customs issued Decision no.2999/ QD-TCHQ, providing Regulations on inspection and analysis of exports and imports.
The Ministry of Finance also issued Document no.12138/BTC-CST dated 12 Sep 2017 in response to the Vietnam Cassava Association for preferential policies for cassava and products from cassava. On 13 Sep 2017, the General Department of Customs also issued Decision no. 3067/QD-TCHQ to certify Hai Linh petroleum warehouse in Hai Phong qualified for customs’ inspection and supervision.
The Prime Minister issued Document no.1367/TTg-KSTT dated 13 Sep 2017 relating to single window for handling administrative procedures for people and businesses.
On 20 Sep 2017, the Government issued the Decree 108/2017/ND-CP on fertilizer control. The Decree stipulates that controlling fertilizers includes: accreditation; testing; producing; trading; exporting or importing; quality controlling; labeling; advertising, opening seminars, using fertilizers in Vietnam.
