For your question, we would like to have below suggestion. "Priority enterprises" program has just been implemented by the Vietnam Customs since 2011, but the benefits form this program brings to the DN is appreciated. Therefore, the business community is paying more attention to this program.
The enterprises which are applied  new management regime, will receive  significant and reliable benefits such as: reducing customs procedures (reduce  customs documents, reduce testing and checking, reduce annual pay taxes or fee, reduce post clearance audit ...) clearance of goods quickly, saving time; reduce costs, increase business efficiency.

In the long term, when Vietnam signed an Agreement on mutual recognition of priority enterprises with other countries, these enterprises will not only be entitled to priority in Vietnam but also in countries with which Vietnam has signed.

However, applied conditions are also very high priority. It must be the leading enterprises of the import goods in each sector. They have contributed significantly to the Vietnam’s economy. Specially, they have to comply strictly the customs law. The customs authorities concern and evaluate these enterprises which are potential to keep the compliance of law in the future.

2011 was the first year, the General Department of Customs apply priority enterprises program. Up to now, 12 enterprises have been recognized as priority ones. They gained the faster clearance of goods; so not only reducing time and workforce significantly but also meeting the time of manufacturing plant.
