For your question, we would like to have below suggestion

Basing on the List of import-export goods enclosed with the Circular No. 156/2011/TT-BTC dated 14/11/2011 by Ministry of Finance, item group with HS code 0410 as “Edible products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included” include different kinds of items which include “bird’s nest” with HS code 0410.00.10.

Regarding quantity allow: Currently, Ministry of Industry and Commercial haven’t promulgated policy of import quota for this product.
