| I'm a Singaporean planning to travel HCMC to visit a friend and was asked to help bring over a brand new personal computer and a LCD TV from Singapore to Vietnam. Please advise whether is there any tariff that I need to pay if I were to bring over the computer / LCD TV upon arrival @ HCMC Airport. |
